Hi, I took out the power supply in my panasonic plasma for repair and when I put it back in, I wasn't sure about the location of two of the electrical connections. When the power supply is in the TV, it's the two connectors right under the fan that have the same number of pins and can be easily reversed if you don't take note while disconnecting them. I'm not sure if I got them reversed or not, can anyone tell me which is the right connection? one of the connectors has less wires in the plug connection than the other so I'm sure it makes a difference if not connected the right way. I can attach a picture of the connections in question if that helps.

Take a look at the service manual. It may help.

For the first link, go there with your browser software and any ad blocking software disabled. Then wait 60 seconds and eventually a "Get Manual" icon will show up.--- begin sig file ---
If you are new to this forum, we can help a lot more if you please post clear focused pictures (max resolution 2000x2000 and 2MB) of your boards using the manage attachments button so they are hosted here. Information and picture clarity compositions should look like this post.
We respectfully ask that you make some time and effort to read some of the guides available for basic troubleshooting. After you have read through them, then ask clarification questions or report your findings.
Please do not post inline and offsite as they slow down the loading of pages.

Re: panasonic th42pz80u power supply, plug locations
I just removed one of the plugs in question, it is marked "P7" to go into the P7 socket, sort of fool proof. guess I didn't notice it when I originally put the board back in. Anyway I had it in the right spot and not connected the opposite way, which is what I was concerned about.
Thanks for the help anyway.
