Hello, on my p board D-503 diode is shorted anybody know from where to buy in uk a replacement for part number: VXST3D82BL3 ,thx

In cct it will show short, out of cct it probably won't test as a normal diode would

The diode VXST3D82BL3 is out from the board and no reading when tested .
I try to made up with two diodes for the same value,could you help me tw2005
to buy the right ones from this site http://www.rapidonline.com/

This diode reads "Nothing" because of it's configuration. It's a dual chip that operates in the Reverse direction only. You won't measure a blocking forward voltage on this device. You will not get this to beep using your meter. Make sure that if you took this out of the board to test it that you put it back in the correct polarity, it's a zener in one direction and a rectifier in the other. Put it in backwards and you will certainly blow up this device!
