I have a ten year old magnavox 26mf605w 17 27" LCD television that will not turn on. When you push the power button, the green light comes on and then goes off in about 2-3 seconds. I have checked the capacitors on the Power supply board and there is none that are bulging, cracked, leaking or anything else. I can't see any burn marks or anything else. I don't have a ESR meter, but I'm planning on getting one soon. does anyone have any ideas on what the problem could be? Should I replace the capacitors even though they show no visual signs of damage?
