I picked up my first TV from an electronics repair shop that was going out if business. It's a Toshiba 46RF250U chassis TAC774. I've repaired a dozen or so lcd monitors but this my first time attempting a TV. It's has a couple of vertical lines going down on the right side of the screen, the left side looks like its ghosting in blocks going horizontal and as it gets to the right side it clears up. It looks like the repair shop replaced most of the caps on the power supply board cause there are someof the larger ones are nichicon HE that look brand new, and there are a lot of sharpie marks on the boards. They told me that it probably needs some boards replaced. I will get better pics of the boards when there is more light. I tried to find the service manual but I can't find one.
Anyone have any ideas what to check or what might be wrong(I hope no one says it's the panel)?
