Hi, i came across an olevia 242-s11 that had previous caps replaced in the power supply. Then after a while the same problems started to occur. When you first turn on the tv. I flashes and has horizontal and vertical lines. When nothing is plugged in to the inputs i get a regular blue screen that say no signal and all seems to be normal. Once it stays on for half our or so it is fine. When i took it apart it had four blown caps. Two on each inverter board. Once all soldered with new ones it did not fix the tv. Should i replace all the other caps even though they are not blown. Thank you.
