Sanyo DP50747 Plasma
Ok so I have a sanyo dp50747 plasma that stopped working.. I got online and found that it was probably blown capacitors on the power board.. I pulled the back off and found nine bad capacitors.. I replaced these capacitors and bam the damn thing came on.. After a few days I encountered a new problem where after an hour or so the tv shuts off, If i unplug it and plug it back in it turns back on just fine and then its usually good for a while.. I thought it might be the small board where the plug goes in so I replace it as well but that didnt solve the problem can anyone tell me where to go from here???

Welcome, griffey8934!
Do you have a picture of the board with the bad capacitors?
And what were the brands and series of electrolytic capacitors on that board? My first choice in quality Japanese electrolytics is Nippon Chemi-Con, which has been in business since 1931... the quality of electronics is dependent on the quality of the electrolytics.

I suggest you start by reading the FAQs. They give plenty of information on identifying bad caps, and locating replacements.
