    Insigna NS-lcd37 no sound

    Insignia NS-LCD37, Perfect picture but no sound. Tried all outputs, and the optical out. Nothing. Bad main board?

    I would check all connections first. Post pics of all boards, could be a Signal Output board, audio board (which is in the main board on that one I believe) or a bad connection to the output board. Post pics and model numbers of all boards inside.

      I checked all connections and power supply voltages. Camera is down so no pictures. the main board has 2 numbers 782.26HA37-690E printed on the board, and 37HA37-69 on the barcode sticker. I think I have a bad main board, but there are two different panels on this TV I have the one that is not the LG-Philips. Chumwa or something like that. Anyone have a service manual that can tell me what board to order?
