    polaroid TLA-01911C white screen

hi everyone I have this polaroid LCD that powers up with just a pure white screen. I disassembled the lcd panel and all 4 of the CCFLs are lit up fine so i know its not the backlight or inverter. The ribbon cable going to the LCD is tight so i know its not that. On this model the inverter and power supply are on the same board and there some bulged caps. Would replacing the caps on the power board most likely solve my problem or are there some on the receiver board i would need to replace as well. Any suggestions about this model?

A white screen indicates a problem with the LCD panel or the main board. Still, replacing the bulging caps is the first order of business.

Same old, same old. It's difficult to make reasonable suggestions without at least having a picture.
