    LG 42V6 Vsetup,-vy,vsc, advice please

This set is a Hitachi 42pd4200 and is using LG V6 chassis.

I've replaced ipm on Z-sus board on a Hitachi 42 and have picture but wanted to confirm voltages as per label as ipm is hot to touch after on for 5 mins and I reckon this is why the previous one burnt out.

LG info is: VSC 120V,-vy -70v,v setup 200v

    set readings are:
VSC 121V,-vy is 80v,v setup varies from 300-600v

    Anyone any ideas ?

I set all v with a white screen (look in tv menu). I use a temp gun (also use for automotive and truck brake diag) and they all seem to run hot.
even the transformers on the power supply can run 140 degrees F. The ics on the y and z do get hot even when working properly.

You need a scope to set perameters on the y board. Don`t touch them if you don`t need to. These settings tweak the picture via waveform adjustments and can not set with a dmm. You can set all your v on the power supply. The z board I think is around 100v not sure what v6 chassis is.

Va and Vs are set at power supply start with those.
Look up old posts lots of info on L/G
