Rca 26" lcd dead !!!

Hello,,,I have a 26" RCA LCD Model L26WD23,,,,Not even 2 yrs old,,,power it up,,power led lights green,,,,no picture,,no sound...power down,,led flashes yellow 23 times then shuts down...checked output from power board ,,6volt outputs have 6volts 24volt pins also have 24 volts,,,12 volt pins read 11.5 volts... visual check of caps look good ..Any suggestions on where the problem is,,, would be appreciated

Couple of suggestions: post in the proper forum (I'm guessing TV) using "Manage Attachments" (instead of inline). Although overall shot is good, include pics of each board using macro mode on your camera so we can see the detail.

Have you tried more than one input/source? Have you tested the fuses on each board? Do you have test equipment? What is your technical expertise on using the test equipment? Only asking because some folks take offense when something is explained rudimentary when they are semi-professional.

Thanks for the reply,,,we,,I,, am a novice for now,,,have a vom,,and I know how to use it!!!! I can screw things up with the best of them !!!! Was expecting a power supply problem,,can't totally rule it out but obvious problems ,,blown caps ect,,ect just not there...been checking point to point ,,,thats as far as we have gotten,,,,checking bottom of board is somewhat a challange ...was looking for a heads up if any one has seen this problem,,,for some direction ...thankx again gbaum
