Sharp LC-70LE732U with dps222bp, no power

Hey yall, got a used TV for free. (Yay) then it died the next day... (my luck)..

Pulled back cover off and tested everything best I could, but lost on things. Pin 15 bus5v (standby?) I do have 5v. Sometimes it's 2.5v. I tried to force on the board by shorting 15 and pin 14 (pwon) and it didn't make a difference. Now what I find weird is my voltage on the hot side is 60vac. At caps and everything. Fuse reads 120vac.

Tested the common diode and even changed it and still nothing.

So what would be a good next step to try to figure this out.

And current prices of boards is 150... a bit out of my range, rather buy a new TV before I sink that much into something.

    Thank yall,

Good straight on pictures of each board and one of the whole back as to see how everything is connected.
