Have received a LG 60pn6506 60 inch from a work colleague.
RJP30H2A on the X-Board were shorted.
60R5_YSUS, EAX64789501 and EBR75455701 is written on the board.
New board for about 130$ is too much for him. So if that's the only option, that's going on the scrap (after the PSU and Y board are sold).
I checked the area around the RJP Mosfets and found that the diodes on the gate pin are also defective (for Example D564). Imprint is: UF and then 90° offset CD. In Diodetestmodes the good ones show ~0,2V
A little further to the right on the board, two parts with the SOT23-5 housing are also cracked (IC404 and IC403) on the IC403 I could still read the label (is only cracked on the side) 5K was written on it. I assume its some kind of dcdc converter.
Does someone have the schematics or a similar board?
