there are no reason to make Main boards as fault. panel crystal cells driver transistor turn off and on / change location... its PANEL

use it daily...... later your eyes will used on it to being 3D cinema.

There's no need of any test at all, this discussion about if it's the panel or the main board is by beginners, the screen doesn't interpret any thing in any way about what's inside the image, so it can't invent to misshape a character font!!! I don't believe there are so many posts in this thread, some one must review its knowledge..

I don't quite understand your answer. I think you think it is a panel failure, and there is no solution. so i'm going to try looking for a cheap main board, and if it doesn't work you'll be right and i'll scrap the tv. thank you very much for your reply

no, I did a factory reset, and it didn't work, but I haven't done an update

the defect is the dawing of the characters, DRAWING not displaying, screen is responsible only on displaying, i can bet 500 euro..

I have never updated the software. I did a factory reset and nothing works. that's why I bought the mb
