Dps 800 fan not working and variable voltage

Hey guys. Well I'm having a problem with my dps800. It's about a capacitor I think. You are the experts. I was trying to reach 14.3v and it turned off... After that, the fan looks like try to work but it just make a little move.
The voltage change so fast as you can see in the video.
I really appreciate you help guys. You are awesome.

well you could start with a full explanation of what you did,
because i'll tell you now that most of the car forums like MHautos are full of assholes giving - or more often selling bad advice.

for fucks sake, give people time - you arent paying for 24hour service!!
your also not in my timezone.

so i watched about 30% of that shit and it's the same old crap.
you DONT ajust the voltage by bodging the feedback with resistors and you dont rip protection chips off.
i'm not surprised it wont run - and it's not a cap problem.

undo what you did and see if you get 12v still.

it worked, you did something - now it doesnt.

isnt it logical to undo what you did to see if it works still?
let me give you a hint, that chip does a lot more than detect over-voltage.

I was given this TV from my great uncle. He said it just wouldn't turn on one day out of nowhere, replaced the TV, and gave it to me to possibly fix and use for myself.

Upon bringing it home and plugging it up, it showed a standby light.

I powered it on and without a flashlight, the display showed the "V" but the lighting is very dim, but visible.

The screen seems to blackout and stay black, but with a flashlight I can see the display.

With my Playstation 4 connected via HDMI, and running a game I can hear sound.

                  Assuming...

Hey guys, I'm repairing a Denon AVR X6400h for my brother. It quit powering on after a power outage. It acted like this last time there was an outage, but after letting it sit overnight it started working again for a few years. This time letting it sit did not bring it back.
