Dimension Schematic Reading

Is there anybody who can show me the way of knowing the dimension of the photo attached?
I tried to figure it out, but in vain.

Late - as usual - If 124 is wire to wire, and container is 128, then each wire = 2, right – am I missing something?

Lead spacing (BSC = Basic Spacing between Centers) e = 0.40 mm.
Leg width b = 0.16 mm.
So dimension from end pin center to end pin center is 0.40 x 31 = 12.40 mm.
Body dim. D1 = 14.00 mm.
Body thickness A2 is 1.4 mm

I am glad it helps. Always learning something everyday.
I use to do PCB component library and validation so I have make sure I get the correct dimensions otherwise we will be making lots of bad PCB and I will be in big trouble.
