    5v standby flickering

Hello, this is my first thread. I have a bad power supply on grunding lcd tv 32LXW 82-8729, psu is Beko LCD PSU-3. I found schematics, i will attach it. I recorded video of a problem on youtube and you have visual of problem. Everything i checked so far is ok.
On video, first measurement is on hot side, power supply for IC 1002, it is not steady, as you can see. Second measurement is on secondary side, 5vstb rail. TR1002 is buzzing, trying to start, but it has problem holding 5v.. Caps are ok, esr measured, some replaced, still problem persists.
Can you give me directions of what might be a problem?

From 1:16 on video, you can see it flickering.. Mobile camera is unable to capture it clearly, but its flickering all the time...

Check the cap that filters the power for the PWM chip.

Do you have the proper readings at IC1002 as shown in the schematic?

I know you check the ESR of the caps but the capacitance of C1015, C1058 are OK?
Same thing for the output filter caps.
          D1007 good?

I see shit caps on that board that should be replaced whether or not they're bad. I'd do that and then check everything. If it's still making a buzzing noise, then more troubleshooting is necessary.

              Yamaha TSX 120 Standby Problem
              by psssst
Hello forum. I've recently been given a Yamaha TSX 120 DAB radio and ipod dock. Its working well however when put on standby its using 6.3 watts. The manual states less than 1 watt on standby. I measured this with a plug in monitor which seems accurate with other items. In use it uses around 7.5 watts. Firstly has anyone who owns a similar radio also got a plug in monitor to check if this is normal with this unit? In the first half a second the monitor shows 0.3 watts which I suspect is what it should use but something is switching it to be almost fully powered. I've searched the manual for eco...

Problem with LG Plasma 60PM6700 - Random power downs
              by theone111
I have an LG Plasma TV 60PM6700 for the past ~12 years.

In the last ~3-4 months I have been having some issues.
              1. Problem: It started with random picture disappearing (sound still worked).
Frequency: Happened about once a week.
Solution: Had to turn off TV wait a few seconds before turning it on again.
              2. Problem: Then it got worse and the TV started to shut down and when turning on the no picture just sound.
Frequency: Happened about once a week.
Solution: Had to turn off TV wait about 10-20 seconds and turn it on again to solve.
              3. Problem: TV shuts down

              i have a problem with thinkpad X1 carbon gen 2 "LMQ-1MB 12298-2 48.4LY26.021"
The laptop was turned off because the MOSFET was not transmitting voltage. After checking it turned out that the gate pin on the MOSFET was the problem, because it was producing an inappropriate voltage. and it was discovered that the problem was with the Think engine, so I decided to reprint each pin, and finally the mosfet could work properly. However, there is another problem, even though the voltage has been supplied to the laptop, it still won't turn on, there isn't even an LED indicator. After double...

ACER BM320 Monitor - Horizonal Flickering Lines After a While
              by reessi
              Hello,

The monitor started off showing flickering thin (1 pixel) lines horizontally every say 3mm..

They are black on the right and gradually fade to nothing on the far left.
They start either after 5 mins or up to 2 hours after so annoying for testing.
They flicker continuously very fast! With a slight pause milli-second every second.

Initially I cleaned the LVDS cable and connected to the T-Con and then it worked fine for 3 weeks but not sure if this was just co-incidence.

I tested each half by removing the first the left flex from...
