HP PS-3701-1, fan works, no voltage

    Hi,

Power supply from HP server, model PS-3701-1, worked well for some time, and suddenly, doesnt give voltage, fan revolves, but no voltage.

What should I test first, any suggestions ?

    Serveral images attached

On third image, coil in right bottom corner is not the same color as the other one, maybe there is problem.

you do have voltage because it's a 12v fan.

as i see solder on the edge connector - i think you need to explain exactly what your doing with it and if it ever worked before or after you did that.

I think it's dust on the connector.

        lower-left pic.
        it's a tray-mount psu and he's soldered to it.
probably trying to drive a 2way radio.

Oh, THERE. Been looking at the white input one.

Maybe just trying to start it? It's quite complicated to jumpstart it with these connectors…paper clip won't help much here.

As I said, I DO NOT have voltage 12v on edge connector, but fan revolves.
I used it to power 4 pieces of r9 270 graphic cards, undervolted, underclocked, thru pci-e 6 pin soldered on the edge connector.
And that worked well for several months

PSU starts normaly, I soldered thin black wire, jump wire, acts like paper clip on ATX PSU
