DMM is a UT61E, and after revisiting that Wiki, I tried again with it set to Diode mode

Was ~ 65 Mohm in one direction, and zilch in the other

DMM acted as though no connections were made

Is it just a rebrand? I think they've been making their own supplies back than and Delta bought them later?

            Re: Enlight GPS-350CN-101

Now there's some warm Spring weather, I revisited this

Having bought some new A1013 transistors, I couldn't see much difference in testing them, versus original B647

            So I tried a new A1013 at Q301 - and the 350CN still wouldn't start

Remembering once when I forgot to connect the old HDD I'm using as a load, and 350CN's fan started spinning, I tried using a different HDD

            And the 350CN started

All voltages looked OK at both ATX and Molex connectors, so I put it into a computer and it worked perfectly

I decided to replace original B647 into the other two 350CN I picked up, and they were fine as well

Moral of the story - make sure you're working with known good devices
