Is what I have compatible with this Delta DPS-250AB power supply?

Hello all. This is my Delta DPS-250AB PSU. It does not work anymore, and I'm assuming the cause is dried-out secondary capacitors. Specifically, those dreaded CapXons. I have some recap stock I salvaged from a dead ECS 945GCT-M3:
1, United Chemicon KZG 560 µF 6.3V, there's one of these
2, Sanyo WG 2200 µF 10V, there's 3 of these that came from the VRM area
3, more Sanyo WGs, these came from the PCIe area. There's 3 in total, they are 6.3V ones. I forgot the exact capacitance, and I don't want to dig them out right now.

is the 5v standby dead?
if it is then you need to check the fuse and any small caps on the primary side.

The fuse is good, last time I checked it looked fine, but 5VSB could very well be dead. I don't know, because this PSU hasn't been powered in almost a year and I can't check. Next time I get a chance, I will.

"Does not work" could mean a lot of things, but I assume you mean "Doesn't turn on"
If it does not power up at all, you need to look deeper than just capacitors (probably).

Start with checking if you have 5VSB rail and go from there.
While bad capacitors on the 5VSB could mean the voltage is too low to start the rest of the supply up, it's far from the only possibility.

Okay so I checked and the 5VSB rail is missing, I'm getting 0V when I probe the purple + black wires. I was doing some testing, the diodes are fine, but I could not for the life of me relocate that stupid fuse. So I couldn't check it. But, I did measure the voltage from the primaries and there was absolutely no charge in them whatsoever. So that either means bad 5VSB or a bad MOSFET somewhere, it could even be the fuse.

If you have no voltage on the primary capacitors, you have an open circuit component on the mains input somewhere.
Likely the fuse, but could also be the bridge rectifier. In rare circumstances the common-mode choke may fail open.
Sometimes the NTC thermistor fails but again, not often.

Can you take more photos showing the board and we can find where the fuse is. It will have one somewhere.

If the fuse is blown you probably have shorted primary side components somewhere, yes.
