    Hanmatek HM310T bench PSU - schematics wanted

    hey there

    I picked up a faulty bench PSU that was being discarded as was faulty. So the internal SMPS has some faults, bad thermistor, Schottky rectifier and Mosfets all blown and I have replacement parts on way. fingers crossed 😀

    I am looking for a set of diagrams for the power supply. has EST v1.15 along with 2022 date. Not sure if the EST refers to Edwards or some other manufacturer.

    thanks in advance.

    Please post some pictures of the device in question including the pictures of both sides of the circuit board so that we can read the components print and if you can point out the parts that are bad or missing

        the main SMPS board is loose as the heatsink is removed with 3 faulty components...i removed to test a 470uf 50v cap but has tested OK.its removed from near top left of the board on the DC side.

        all the issues appear to be on the hot side.

        from the rear of the bench supply - 5A slo blo fuse also blown. The USB port is for programming the supply

        Board is loose as I removed the heat sink to check 2x mosfets and the schottky rectifier - all 3 are blown.

        the faulty parts on the heat sink are

        Q9 & Q10 = cs20200CT MOSFETS
        Q8 = 13N50A Schottky Rectifier
        NTC1 = NTC20D11 Thermistor

            plan on re-capping it at some point,
            it's probably full of crap like chang-x instead of rubycon/panasonic

              I plan to - gets light use as not expecting it to cope with 'marketed rating'

                Hello, have HM310 and HM605T. HM310 have ucontroler bad or unprogramed (STM8S00 5K6T6C). I have one HM310 with ucontroler good. Can this STM8S00 5K6T6C be copied?

                  STM8 needs an ST-Link programmer and some luck - it has read protection but they may not have enabled it.

                    by Eniaro
                    How do you bench test a series X? I was planning to find a defective PSU to use its connector, but before I go about doing this, I was wondering if there's any bench PSU to the series X connector adapter available

                    by GPUTech
                    I picked up a dead no power hanmatek dos1104 from evilbay, it appears brand new in original box with the screen protector still on it.

                    Ends up with two shorted buck converters and shorted MCU F1C200s. After replacement the unit now boots to a splash screen then boot loops.
                    I'm hoping to find the software for the MCU. The manufacturer does not respond to emails, or have any type of support that can be contacted.

                    Bench PSU question
                    by Crystaleyes
                    Hi all.
                    Looking for some help regarding the workings of this unit.

                    Some time ago I picked up a digital bench power supply from the local flea market here in Rio. It's a 'Sincler SPS 3015/D' which I imagine is 30V, 1.5A 'Digital'.
                    Even though it would turn on and show a display, it wasn't working, and no matter how hard I have looked, I've found no reference let alone any kind of schematic. I imagine it is from the late 70's or early 80's? I can only assume that all the components are to the original specs although it had clearly had prior work done so it 'is' possible...
