    Damaged through hole, repairable?

    While recapping a board I unfortunately managed to damage two through-hole mounts for a capacitor, part of the surface pad around the hole lifted and came off with a bit of PCB.

    There does appear to be metal remaining around half the hole, I'm just unsure what needs to be done to repair this and if it's within my limited skill level.

    Board is a BN44-00195A, out of a Samsung 2493HM.

    Looking closely I don't see any traces leading to the holes on on either side of the board. Photos attached (cameraphone focus sucks, will have better ones up shortly)

    The back side is covered with a thin layer of insulation that gives the board that green color.
    You can scratch away the insulation over the copper around the holes with a razor blade or a screwdriver (scrape, don't press into the board).
    Put the capacitor through the holes, bend the leads, solder the leads to the copper around the holes. You may need a bit of extra flux to make sure the solder sticks to the copper.

    C851 and C852 are in parallel, they're connected together, - with - from the two capacitors, + with +.
