This came to me dead. 5vsb was 1.21V, no burnt components inside, all the caps were tested in circuit and out of circuit when needed and were found ok.
But let's see if it is worth repairing...
-Passive PFC
-Full input filter with 4 Y Caps and MOV protection!
-GBU606 6A bridge rectifier
-2x 560uF 200V YC caps. Their real capacitance is 505uF and 510uF, so they are in specs.
-2x D209L (Ic = 12A, Ic pulsed = 25A)
-DM311 IC regulates 5VSB

-2005ASZ chip of the year PWM.
-Adequate heatsinks for 300W
-The soldering is not good. Long uncut leads could lead to short circuit
-Sleeve bearing Globe fan thermally controlled from an add-on board attached to secondary heatsink.
5vsb: 2x1500uF 10V YC
-3.3V: SB3045ST (30A), 1x 10V 2200uF YC & 1x 10V 1500uF YC
-5V: MBR6045PT (60A), 2x 10V 2200uF YC
-12V: S30C60(30A), 1x 16V 2200uF YC & 1x 16V 1800uF YC
The label claims it has dual 12V rails which is a lie.
