    Antec Truepower trio 550w

    Hello all,

I have a Antec Truepower trio of 550w.
The circuit braker tripped a lot last week (Not my fault) and now I have a blow NTC thermistor.
The thermistor is complety black and I can't read the value anymore.

I can't seem to find the correct value of my type of PSU.
However I did find a threats there:
    https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=26372
Now it is the same type of PSU but of 480W.
They talk about an SCK 2R512 which is to be replaced with a Ametherm: SL22 2R515

Can't I use the thermistor listed here and just not stress my PSU as much?

    Thanks,

it will work, or you maybe have to use something bigger.
just make sure there's nothing wrong with mosfet / primary caps, some times they shorted & burnt the NTC

That should work, though I haven't had much experience with replacing NTCs

When was it tripping the house fuse? When it was plugged in? Was it at random? Was it when the PSU went under a heavy load?

Can not find Model/Value of Thermistor.

        Machine: Autoclave.
        Brand/Model: SANYO MLS-3780
Manual: (Sorry search option not working on this PDF)

Hello guys, this autoclave running with 2 thermistors already connected TH1 and TH3(on CN1,CN2 sockets). One for the water temperture and second one for chamber temperature. But there is another emtpy socket for optional third thermistor CN2 wich is for TH2 for object temperature. I wanna add the third thermistor TH2 to CN2 socket. But i can't figure what model/brand/value i need to use. In manual document, there is no info about TH1 and TH3 model number...

Antec TruePower 380p failed after intermittent supply, suspect MOV
        by rabbituk
        Hello,

I have an Antec TruePower 380p PSU that I had repurposed from a Sonata case. It had been working fine on a server in the loft using the Wake-on-LAN feature regularly until a couple of recent power outages where the power became very unstable - going on/off very quickly. There is now no output whatsoever from the PSU & fan isn't working. There was a pop when I attempted to turn it on.

Upon examination, it appears that voltage isn't getting very far so I believe the immediate issue is within the first stage. There is a green component that I am not familiar...

Magic chef oven - thermistor ref voltage issue
        by Use2bavolvo
I am having an issue with my wall oven temperature control is ~180f out of spec. The thermistor is measuring correctly but I noticed the ref voltage appears to be off. With the thermistor wires attached it's reading ~3.4vdc with the thermistor disconnected it's around I9.8vdc. my understanding is the temp is read off the resistance from the thermistor which leads me to believe the issue is with the ref voltage.

Another observation is the temp setting and readout at lower temps is way off meaning the oven thinks room temp is 300f and bake relay doesn't engage unless temp setting...

Sony KDL-40BX450 LCD. Thermistor gets too hot 10 seconds after turning on the TV
        by Quantum IC
        Hello every one,
This TV came to me with the problem that it was totally dead.
The problem was the two MOSFETs and a fuse resistor in the power supply.
The original MOSFETs were KF7N50F and I repalced them with SLF65R700S2.
The original fuse resistor was 0.1 Ohm 1/2W. I didn't find a similar fuse resistor and I replaced it with 0.1 Ohm 5W ceramic resistor.
When I plug the TV the ST-BY LED turns on, when I press the power button on the TV, the ST-BY LED turns off and the TV doesn't turn on until the second time I press the power button is when the TV turns on,...
