RCA L32WD22 Issues - Please help
I obtained a RCA L32WD22 from a family member after this think crapped out on them by it just turning off one day. The status light on the front used to just stay amber and the TV never did anything at all such as turn on, no sound or anything. So I bought a full 17 piece capacitor kit from LCD Alternatives to recap all the power supply capacitors. Upon swapping them out , the front light turns GREEN now but thats it. The attached pictures are not from my build but from another person that recapped their TV also with success. #1 Picture , I get the voltages stated on the picture all the way up to the 15v which I do NOT get on that rail. On picture 2 the outgoing, I get 2 or 3 of them that have 0.3v on the output of the #2 picture , that wires directly to the tv. So pretty much its a power supply issue but I figured after recapping it would solve the issue. Any help, ideas or anything please? I will be getting my camera back tomm so I can start taking updated pictures if any more suggestions. Thank you!
