I obtained a RCA L32WD22 from a family member after this think crapped out on them by it just turning off one day. The status light on the front used to just stay amber and the TV never did anything at all such as turn on, no sound or anything. So I bought a full 17 piece capacitor kit from LCD Alternatives to recap all the power supply capacitors. Upon swapping them out , the front light turns GREEN now but thats it. The attached pictures are not from my build but from another person that recapped their TV also with success. #1 Picture , I get the voltages stated on the picture all the way up...

I seem to be running into the same trouble with this system given to me from a family member. I ordered a set of caps to replace in the power supply but even testing it still has the voltages to the main board already. The amber light just stays on and the tv does not turn on. I have also downloaded this picture of your situation and I would like to test it also. Newbie myself with a multimeter, how would I test the items you have identified here? I think it is something small myself and would be grateful to receive...
