BENQ Q7C3 Need Help Identifying Proper Power Board

    Hey guys,

a while back i diagnosed my cousin's Benq 17" FP767 ver.2 LCD monitor with a bad power board.

here is a pic of the label on the back:

unfortunately, i made the mistake of ordering a replacement power board via ebay without first opening the monitor to verify the power board number. well anyways, the ebay seller assured me that the power board he was selling would be compatible with the LCD, unfortunately it was not(connectors do not fit). to cut the story short, my cousin wanted to return the incompatible power board to the ebay seller, and in doing so he accidentally returned his broken power board to the seller, and now we no longer have the original power board that came with the LCD. i recently ordered a 3rd power board, after being reassured by the ebay seller that it would be compatible , it arrived yesterday, and once again it is not compatible.

the incompatible power boards that i have tried so far are:

    1) 48.L9002.A14 (size is ok, it fits in the case BUT it does not have the appropriate connectors for the LCD backlight, or in other words, the LCD backlight cables can not be plugged into the power board)

    2) 48.L5302.A00 (has the appropriate connectors, BUT its too big to fit in the case)

If any one could PLEASE help me figure out the appropriate power board number for this LCD monitor I would really appreciate it. i can post more pics if necessary....? please help

I imagine this post has been long since dealt with, but for the reference of anyone else looking for this information, here is what I know:

The power board is probably a 48-L9002.A02, (that is what is in the FP767 rev 2 in front of me) but the A03 or A04 revs will probably also work. The A14 rev which was tried is for a no audio version of the monitor, so it has different electrical connections.

Vizio e601i-A3 - Has Sound and Display, But No Backlight - Bad Power Supply Board or Bad LED Bulbs ?

I was given this TV from my great uncle. He said it just wouldn't turn on one day out of nowhere, replaced the TV, and gave it to me to possibly fix and use for myself.

Upon bringing it home and plugging it up, it showed a standby light.

I powered it on and without a flashlight, the display showed the "V" but the lighting is very dim, but visible.

The screen seems to blackout and stay black, but with a flashlight I can see the display.

With my Playstation 4 connected via HDMI, and running a game I can hear sound.

      Assuming...

HP Pavilion 15-eh Board DAG7HAMB8F0 - CPU throttling to 0.4GHz (PROCHOT_EXT) and black screen

Hi, this is my personal laptop, which the original board (lets call it Board A) blew up PU8700 (TPS51486), making a hole on the board, i had left the laptop at my desk one day with the battery fully charged and didn't touch it for a week, but when i tried to turn it on it didn't
Thought the battery was dead, so i plugged in the charger then tried to power on, the power LED blinked once, charged LED still orange, unplugged the charger, plugged in again and I noticed the "magic smoke" smell, so i unplugged the charger, removed the back cover and saw the blown IC (the "magic...

Replacing all the caps on the BenQ SW2700pt's power board didn't help...
      by Noodneek
My 3.5 years old monitor (BenQ SW2700pt) started to black out for 1-2 sec every minute or so, it was doing this even with PC disconnected from it. I searched online and read that it's probably aging capacitors and there's a workaround to lower the brightness.

I lowered it from 100 to 65% and it indeed helped, but after a couple of months the issue returned... I continued to lower the brightness, but it helped only for a couple of hours at most, then I needed to lower it further... Turning the monitor off and waiting for it to cool down also helped for a short time, after which it...

Assistance with identifying resistor value on 820-02918 A2992 board?
      by ugamazing
Working on a 2023 M3 A2992 unit with 820-02918 board, and it uses a new USB-C power architecture, with rectangular controllers. I do not have a perfect-matching board, so have been repairing this one the old-fashioned way (slowly).

I managed to blow-away a single resistor that I can't find and can't determine the value of. It connects to ground, so I went ahead and stuffed it with a 100K resistor in case it's a simple pull-up. But, I'm now having issues with that side of the board, and am curious if it's possibly related to this resistor! I have no schematics and no board view, so...

LG OLED77G1PUA - No Video / Audio after a TCON Board change and Software Update
      by Hakuu
      Hi There,

This TV was auto switching off after few seconds with some vertical lines on the screen, so got a new TCON board and replaced it.

After replacing the TCON board it was working fine and i set it up with everything, used for few hours, then had the bright idea to update the software on it. During the update process, TV switched off and now no audio or video. No relay switch sound.

      More Details
