Didn't really consider Nichicon... actually I was going to order extra Panasonic FM's above what I was already getting for my motherboard. Think I should go for the Nichicons instead? Was also thinking of the FM's to replace the Capxon 3900's too. The Fuhjyyu 3300 that's bulging is on the 3.3v rail from what I could see.

There's plenty of room in there though... the 3300's and 3900's are all 12.5mm wide. The 5v rail is on one of those two oddball 1650uf Fuhjyyus - both need replacing. The caps need to be 10mm wide or I would consider 1800uf replacements, so instead I chose Panasonic FC 1500's. Going Chemicon KY I think for the 1000@16v that is also bulging and leaking.

FMs should be fine - I went with the Nichicons because I located an inexpensive cache with a local supplier.

Are you sure? They're probably on +12v, one on each leg of the pi-filter, or on the internal supply rail for the controller IC.

You're probably right - makes more sense to me one of the 3900's nearby, or the other Fuhjyyu 3300 that isn't bulging, is handling the 5v considering the thing is rated for 40A at 5v. It's a little hard to tell with how crammed full that area is. Actually there are 3 16v 1650's total - one's between the heatsinks next to the standby 470uf filter cap, while the other two are on the secondary.

Two need replacing in this unit - it's a friend's PSU, so I'm recapping everything and making a gift out of it.
The 470uf caps are on Digikey with item number P10274-ND. Panasonic item number EEU-FC1E471L.

Now back on topic, good luck with the recapping!

Thanks, though I had the 16v versions already marked for buying I might change them to those 25v versions anyway since I need a lot of them (8 total).

This is going to be a big job... 3 Channel Well PSU's and an Aopen mainboard. Just hope I can cram the 3300uf 12.5mm diameter Panasonic FM's I picked out into the motherboard's 10mm locations. It'll be tight, but I think I can do it. Borrowing a friend's 60 watt iron for the motherboard, but I'll use my old Radio Shack 45 watt on the PSU's.
