Hello to all. I need schematic diagram for canon battery charger lc-e5e p...Some transistor just blow off...resistors cracked....etc....
if anybody have some data, please share...

i wouldnt use that even if it worked.
i see no real "charging" circuitry - just a psu.
unless there is more on the back.
canon mentions an "intelligent chaging i.c."??

what does it charge? 3.7v?

Thanks for reply and you are right,it's the cheapest model I ever seen ...My friend ask to repair....and I wonder if it worth it....

i would use the case as a battery holder and fit a chinese charger module in it.
if it's 3.7v then a classic tp4056 based usb charger module,
if the battery is 2cell 7.4v then a tp5100 but the tp5100 needs a 12v supply

Are you sure it’s an LC-E5E charger? That doesn’t look like one at all. This must be something ancient?

might be a phony, I've got a phony Nikon drop-in battery charger. The official one has ICs in it, fake one is very simple.

you can get wired modules (12v) and usb-c ones.
set the output to 8.4v and 1A current
that small battery wont like being charged at 2A

Take a picture of the reverse side tracks, might be able to reverse engineer a replacement transistor.
Probably one of those so-called 2- transistor oscillator SMPS. Very poor regulation but cheap. And it won't allow much current, they will release magic smoke before they do

I'm pretty sure this is a phony. I think most of the Canon/Nikon genuine chargers have built in, foldable plugs (i.e. no cables), or at least the ones I have foldable plugs.

I don't have my Canon charger handy but something fishy about my Nikon chargers...

i have a legit nikon charger,
they use those slide-on adapters for different countries.
and they are slow shit - another tp5100 project at some point.

I decided that is not worth it...
