    TBH, with how bad that power supply looks (in terms of build quality), I would probably just buy one of these (https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256801393900277.html) and transplant it into that case, and maybe just use that board for parts (though there really isn't a lot to salvage off of it).
    I'm not a expert, I'm just doing my best.

      I personally have used this type of switching power supply’s and found that there quality is decent

      They do have a 12 volt @ 8 amp and 5 volt @1 amp in the same board

        I know that there are probably better options than that one, the main reason I'd suggested it was for the fact that it would most likely be able to fit into the plastic enclosure of the old PS.
        I'm not a expert, I'm just doing my best.
