330-15ICH, 330-17ICH Laptop (ideapad) EG530 NM-B671

I need schematics for 330-15ICH or 330-17ICH Laptop (ideapad) EG530 NM-B671 board.

My main problem is i can reach (but not always) bios menu if i press power button and hold 30 seconds or more. But mostly i get blank screen unless i reset Cmos. I Cant install OS because its freeze at some point. I suspect for faulty on board ram or corrupted bios. Is there any way to flash bios without using OS.

Did anyone manage to solve no image issue? i've tried bios, tried tinkering with resistors RV330, RV331 to disable onboard ram, tried removing inductors from GPU, i am stuck now and have no idea what to do next...
