Lenovo Vibe P1a42 touch not work. Where is touch ic_

Hello.
I have this Lenovo Vibe P1a42 that came not charging and not working.
I just externaly charged batterz. now it works and charging, but i lost touch. anybody know where is touch ic so i can measure it?

thats only didgitizer change but my digitizer was good before repair/as owner said/. So i need to know what ic is in charge for touch
