The schematic do exist and i have seen them with senior technicians. However it is still not publicly available -means not available to purchase from usual Chinese/Vietnamise/Russian paid forums.

Note that this is not the correct schematics for this motherboard. This motherboard is not an Atom platform as far as I know, while the schematics is for an Atom platform. It's a schematic for another motherboard that's been relabelled and sold for several different boards…
It may still help for some circuits.
