                                      It's not ASCII boardview file but proprietary binary output file from Cadence Allegro CAD software. This will only open in their own free viewer. However take note that Allegro is version dependent so you may need either viewer 16 or 17 depending on which version of the CAD software is used to draw the PCB layout.

                                          Thanks for answer but I downloded it and the same not open do you have any way ..

                                              I can open in Allegro Ver 16.6 perfectly. No problem here. Don't know why it didn't work for you.
