How to read and understand schematic diagram.

Good morning engineers, I'm new to laptop motherboard repairs, I want to be good at what I do and will like to learn how to read and understand laptop schematic diagram.

It is not really possible to directly learn to read electronic schematics. It is necessary to first understand basic electronics, then progressing to understanding how various electronics components function and interact.
And also to understand how logic functions are electronically represented. Maybe you do already?

And also to understand how logic functions are electronically represented. Maybe you do already?

I know the basic electronics and their functions like diode, lead, capacitor, coil, mosfet etc.

Concerning how they interact and how they are electronically represented is what i don't understand too, I don't know if I can learn that together with reading schematic.

Schematic is actually only graphic representation of component interconnection,you must really know how it works first...in schematic you only see how are this components together connected,nothing more..

Try understand the power in/charger circuit first! Search for the datasheet of the charger ic type! Read the datasheet, and understand how the sample circuit works. Search for how switching power supply works! That would be great basic knowledge for reapir.

In my experience about understanding a laptop schematic the core that you need to understand is the electronic array of components, like voltage divider with resistors and what funtion do in a motherboard. step down converters with a PWM and power mosfets in synchronous configuration. Understand that an IC is like other PC inside the motherboard that made an specific funtion and learn how to test it. Understand that some IC power up with an enable signal and learn to trace it back generally to the EC KBC and so on.
