Have you dissembled it yet? What are the etchings on the board to better identify and search for it...

yes dissembled. main board is small with cpu n ram embedded.
part number VIUU3 NM-A074 rev1.0
ebay is selling but expensive.

With ac adaptor n battery connected, I am only getting 8v at Vin (see diagram
Page 29). I m expecting 19v here. This is not normal isn't it ?

Btw I have already change the IC pu10.
Dcin at Pin 2 = 19v
Adet pin 3 = 3.5v
Acok pin 14 = 3.3v
Vdd pin 19 = 5.1v
Above voltage looks normal. Ie without switching on the laptop yet.
I also have 3.3v available. So pu6 is working.
But no 5v from pu5. Meaning system is not turn on yet.
At v_chg is 19v.

at PQ4 -- pin4 =1.8v pin1=20.2v pin5=20.2
at PQ33 -- pin4 = 19.7v pin1=19.7v pin5=20.2

at PQ33 -- pin4 = 19.7v pin1=19.7v pin5=20.2

Make all measurements without battery. Remove pq33 and check it.

with PQ33 removed, no batt. getting below readings

at PQ4 -- pin4 =1.8v; pin1=20.2v; pin5=20.2
at PQ33 -- pin4 = 1.2v pin1=1.1v; pin5=20.2

at pu10, pin26 (sgate) =1.3v
i checked pq33 (p-channel), in diode mode drain-source is 0.545
pq33 seems normal.

I am not able to fix the laptop. I have already sold it away. Are u getting Vin abt 8.5v ? My initial thought was 19v, but I think 8.5v should be normal for this laptop. Then the power ic is fine.
I saw someone online heating up the CPU area, and it solved the blinking keyboard issue. So it could jus be some weak solder joints.

hmm, sorry to hear that, yes i have 8,5 V Vin, mosfets looks okay, i tried reflowing cpu, but nothing, only that one chip is heating like hell. I accidentaly touch some resistors near it and one fan turned on
im wondering, can i swap cpu to normal yoga 2 13? i know its soldered on i have usable equipment, in my yoga 2 13 is i5 4210u 3MB cache and only 4gb ram :/
or LCD screen ? it have different cables, but eDP should be same on lcd pannel, swap 4k to yoga 2 with 1080p sreen
i will wait for IC from ebay, Now i am only looking for what can be done.
