Lenovo X240 i7 schematic needed, rare model

Hello all! I need schematics for US model Lenovo X240 with the i7-4600U CPU. It has a motherboard problem and doing a little search found a big 16-pin chip named T1 to be literally ripped of from the front...
Have to try to replace it cause this laptop is a beast!
