Hi, I have a TB 15 Gen 4 that has an issue with the battery circuits. I believe the schematic is the same as this one:

I have recently purchased a Lenovo ThinkBook Plus Gen4 Twist with Dual Screen. Here are the links for the product information:

However, somehow the serial number and the product name is no longer showing under the BIOS, Windows 11 or Lenovo Vantage.
Strangely the laptop's under cover does not show any information about the Make, Model, Type or Serial Number (No sign of tampering but no labels etc...). I am not sure what to do.
