Hello, could you help me repair these files, my computer does not turn on at all, only a consumption of .165A, but when loading another BIOS it turns on and turns on the fan but after the second reboot it cannot provide video.

I have the CH341A and these accessories, and this is how I’ve got them hooked up right now. Could you let me know if it’s set up correctly? Is there any extra configuration I need to go through in ASProgrammer? The laptop is a Dell Latitude 5530, and the BIOS chip is an MX25V80066. Thanks a lot in advance for your kind help!

use neo programmer software not the AS programmer google it. and do not use clip, remove the bios chip and put it in adapter.
