BIOS original: is the BIOS file in your device, containing DMI and Windown Key of that device.

I'm sorry but it's my first time facing this type of issue, how can I extract it? tried to find solution on forum but no luck, is there any instruction how can I attach the correct original BIOS?

You have to buy a programmer RT809H , CH341A (this is the cheapest one) and many more.

Now the device isn't booting at all now. i also can't write the old dump back to the chip. does this mean the chip is damaged and need to be replaced?

It is very possible. And you should check the small components around the bios chip to see if they have moved or disappeared.
