itry another dump ffrom laptop 9420 i7 11th ..

laptop is power on . show logo but stil logo loop restar and somtime screen RVB bleu red green balck and restar

My friend , there's a difference between not working and work but stuck at logo dell , you must precise the information given .
One question : did you change the bios chip ! it must be GigaDevice GD25x256C

At your VSCC table there's only GigaDevice GD25x256C , no winbond ; so i suggest to back up the old chip

I've tried everything, and the only way to control the camera cover is to turn it on and off. It's controlled by the F9 button. If you hold down the F9 button, it blocks the camera. If you release it, it turns on the cover. It's not on or off. 1 click, not the camera driver, the camera still works
