Read this other post and use the utility to dump the laptop bios, so I can take a look at it.
If you have a BIOS chip programmer use it, it will be better to have a full bios backup.

I think I found the password in 1024k, but not in 16384K

But how do I enter it? I don't have Chinese characters on my keyboard.

What you are looking at is the UEFI variable that stores the Supervisor Password, but most likely is just a hash, it starts with 20h and ends at the D3h.

There are 2-3 DXE drivers with interesting names, so this is about checking those modules and see what they do, but there may be another option like:
What happens after 3 incorrect passwords, does it show any other information on the screen like a number, a date, etc.?

Forgot to mention that if you have a BIOS chip programmer you can read the BIOS chip and just delete that SystemSupervisorPw variable, then program the BIOS chip with the new clean file.

The password stored in the UEFI variable seems to be SHA256 hashed, so you will end up using a programmer in order to quickly read, patch and program a clean BIOS.

Hi there, I'm so sorry to hijack this thread as I can't post new thread to request.

I'm using a RedmiBook 16 Ryzen 4700U for very long time. I'm pretty sure I didn't set any BIOS password but when I tried to enter BIOS it required to enter password.

The last time I entered, I was replacing new SSD as the old one died. (Enter to change boot devices priority).
