ideapad gaming 3 15ihu6 need bios

so, my CI is 25Q80EMSIG...
only 1 MB!!!
Could it have been replaced at another service center?
In other words, this IC arrived here for me, with a 1MB capacity.
Could you tell me what the original IC is, this UG2?

UG2 from the link i posted is 25q16jw ,it`s a 1,8V chip. I`m not sure what the 25Q80EMSIG is . Read the part number on top of the chip and confirm if it does say EMSIG or something else

Try this one, the UG2 from first post is for RTX 3050 Ti Mobile (PCI ID 10DE:25A0)
According to the PCI ID from GPU-Z 10DE:1F9D, this one should work for GTX 1650, and it's 1MB

Try this one, if that doesn't work you need to find someone with the same model laptop (Ideapad Gaming 3-15IHU6) and same GPU (GTX 1650) and dump the VBIOS with GPU-Z

mateusassuncao you're lucky, the post by AJ_1 has the 1MB VBIOS you need for GTX 1650
AJ_1 flash the 8MB file from posts above, it contains the ME region

EDIT: Both GOG10 "A" and GOG10 "B" extracted BIOS are binary identical

The new chip I replaced has a different ending. The one on the board was a 25q80ewsig.
The one I installed is a 25q80BVSIG.
Could this be the cause of the GPU memory and BIOS version not being recognized? look for my print...

PS. In the file pack you sent me in A or B, there's a 160kb file. Would that be the one that would work with VBIOS?
This file is Vbios? 160kb?

I'll ask for another BIOS. As soon as it arrives, I'll save the .bin file... But, would it be the 1MB file a friend posted? Or yours that came in the 160KB pack? I saw that the GPU ID in gpu-z contains the file I attached. In this case, I'm not sure which one to use: your 160KB one or the 1MB one!

Use the original chip W25Q80EWSIG it's 1.8V flash chip, make sure your programmer supports 1.8V chips
Your replacement W25Q80BV is 3.3V, won't work, that's why it is not detected
According to schematics you can also use MX25U8035FM2I
Or take a similar BIOS chip from a dead GTX 1650/1660 or RTX 20xx series desktop GPU, check datasheet first
