1st boot, press F2, write service tag, disable Absolute, save, restart. 2nd boot press Alt+F to exit manufacturing mode.

Hi beautifully people,

I have dell latitude 5420 bought of ebay, after I carried out format to Install Latest windows10. However when go to Bios to change the boot mode from USB but I am stuck on Bios (Admin Unlock) . Service tag ends 8FC8. Please help?

Can you help me unlock the BIOS admi password.
If I unlock this BIOS and after typing JTAG admin the password is BACK.
I don't know where problem.

Ill try sometimes to edit bin file, but i got no luck,
