Hello, I have a Dell 5420 laptop, which when connected to the internet crashes and sends a devicefreeze-27 alert, after that I have to turn it off and on again and after a few minutes it does the same thing again. I attached the bios in case you can help me.

1st boot press F2, write service tag, disable Absolute, Apply changes, restart, 2nd boot press alt+F.

try. 1st screen press F2, disable Absolute, save (Apply), restart. 2nd time write service tag, save, restart, then press Alt+L to exit Manufacturing. For me worked this way.

Would anyone be kind enough to help me? In a brilliant stroke of idiocy I accidentally set my admin, system, and HDD to random passwords with Dell Command and Configure.

I need to remove the system password, administrator password, HDD password, and Computrace.

Model: Dell Latitude 5420
