Would anyone be kind enough to help me? In a brilliant stroke of idiocy I accidentally set my admin, system, and HDD to random passwords with Dell Command and Configure.

I need to remove the system password, administrator password, HDD password, and Computrace.

Model: Dell Latitude 5420
Service Tag: JSYN5J3-8FC8
Chip: XMC25RH256CXIQ
Board: GDF40 LA-K491P Rev: 2.0 (A01)

Flashed file and device is now unresponsive except the battery light will illuminate amber while the power button is pressed but only if AC power is connected, otherwise completely unresponsive; no fan spin up, no display, no lights, etc.

Re-flashed locked file and device turns on fine but obviously also is still locked.

Flashed the patched file again and again device unresponsive.

The flash file's CRC32 matches what was written and then read back and the old locked bios was correctly written back on to the chip so it doesn't seem to be an issue with my programmer or settings. Further assistance would be greatly appreciated.

patched file from Ghamidi is ok, check if you solder chipset properly. Let it run for 2 minutes, it will restart several times with no display. Don't forget to remove CMOS battery.
