FITC error

I've search the group on how to rectify this error but can't find any,I'm using an Intel celeron Asus laptop ,4gb ddr4.

I've used all kinds of fitc tool versions, sometimes it will work fine and sometimes I'll get this error.

Pls,is there a way i can solve this issue once and for all?

I have attached a picture of the error I get when trying to open a bin file.

You are error because use FITC version 11 for ME version 12

Thanks for the response,i want to understand something, if it ME version 10,i'"ll have to use FITC version 10 or above right?
