Please Help.. I have the same problem with 14ALC05, the ESC and Caps lock led On and the power led blinking...
I have tried all the bios posted here... unfortunately none of the them did not work.
I attached here the dump of my corrupt Bios... Would you please help me take a look at it... and please help me point which bios that may work..

Correct.... CPU need reballing...
After redo thermal paste and tightening the cpu cooler, it boots up even with original BIOS

post the S/N, post the original content of the bios chip, the motherboard model, the full name and model of the laptop,type,etc.

After Windows update laptop start on black screen

I tried USB fat32 Stick with file .cap from Lenovo site' and fn+r . USB start read but nithing change

File is corrupted or wrong chip.

Thanks . I use asprogrammer software.
Chip soldered on motherboard connected with cable adapter ed recognized by software .

I can retry to read with ch431a software

asprogrammer software autodect it as W25Q128FW 1.8V.

if dump didn't work , is there another way to resolve?

hi, thank you for the file .

Using CH431a SOFTWARE i erase and blank the chip , open you bin file and write it on chip but nothing change.

i retried with asprogrammer software and bios work .. no i test it and give you feedback.
