I happened to work yesterday on this board , here is your cleaned ME and BIOS from website. Your dump does not show any DMI region, it is F'ed out. Should be from 00B2D000 to 00B2FFFF, 3000h long. Take a couple of readings again and compare all three before programming. Read chip again after programming, compare with this file.

I have no idea where to get the EC bios, but if it helps, this is the reading I took from the laptop, did not change anything.

I changed the pch for this device and now this firware will not boot, other firmware did but the boot and wifi was not expected

I see your file has an extra data in the end, also it's not good.
Did you tried the files in Post #16?
