It is a Lenovo Yoga 370 model, system-unit s/n is MP1CAVK and if you need it the system board s/n is C1KS7AJ001E

Try the bios at post 33 ,it is a virgin bios. If you can use a hex editor copy your DMI from your backup to the new bios using the offsets that peste has posted. If it doesn`t work try the RAM disabled bios by Stefan Steff above
