you can just make your own clean img from lenovo btw just overwrite firmware bios region (offset 0xa00000 for this model) with the image from lenovo driver firmware update page extract it with uefitool for linux cab or the windows one self extracts the bin file for you. just make sure to keep the original gbe region; ME region etc. same idea for other manufacturers but youll have to splice the nvram region contained serial number etc since the product data is contained in efi. no need to download other people's dumps
